New ยท Coming to NYC

The seamless fluted facade.

A flexible, hand finished exterior panel that wraps curves and columns in one unbroken sweep, the architectural look turning heads worldwide, now arriving in New York.

What it is

Not tile. Not stucco. Something new.

Soft Stucco is a flexible fluted panel, thin, lightweight and bendable, that installs over a prepared exterior wall as a continuous, seamless finish. Because it flexes, it does what rigid cladding can't: it curves around columns, radiused corners, and sweeping facades in one piece, with no grout lines.

ใ€ฐ๏ธ

Seamless & flowing

Long continuous panels: no tile grid, no visible joints. One clean sweep of texture.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ

Wraps curves & columns

Bends around rounded corners, columns, and curved facades that stone or tile simply can't follow.

๐Ÿชถ

Lightweight

A fraction of the weight of stone or brick, minimal load, faster to install.

๐ŸŽจ

Architectural presence

The warm, rhythmic, high end look designers are specifying for standout exteriors.

The finishes

Three profiles

Ripple Wave

Beige ยท Concrete Grey

A soft, rolling wave that gives a facade gentle movement and shadow. Our most sculptural profile.

Roman Reeded 3D

Warm limestone tone

Deep convex reeding inspired by classical columns, bold vertical rhythm and strong shadow lines.

Roman Reeded Classic

Ivory

Fine, clean vertical reeding: the quiet, timeless version of the fluted look.

How it works

From bare wall to statement facade

1

Prepare the wall

We set the right code compliant substrate for your building, so the finish has a sound, permitted base, not just glued to whatever's there.

2

Wrap the panels

The flexible panels are bonded to the substrate, following curves and columns in continuous lengths, no seams, no tile grid.

3

Seal & protect

Edges and joints are sealed and the surface protected, engineered for the exterior and NYC weather.

Why fluted panels

What brick, stone & tile can't do

An honest look: where fluted panels shine, and where they're not the right call.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ

Curves & columns

Wraps rounded corners and columns in one piece. Masonry can't follow a curve like this.

๐Ÿชถ

Light & fast

A fraction of the weight of stone or brick, less structural load, quicker to install.

โœจ

Seamless face

Continuous texture, no grout lines, a cleaner, more modern look than tile or panelized stone.

๐ŸŽฏ

Best as a feature

Perfect for a striking entry, storefront, or accent elevation. For fully weather beaten elevations we'll tell you honestly if it fits.

Bottom line: choose fluted panels for a seamless, curved, modern statement. For a full weather beaten elevation that must last a lifetime, we'll tell you honestly when brick or stucco is the smarter call.

The look

See it in place

Fluted panel facade example
One sweep. No seams.

On a storefront, a lobby facade, or a curved entry, the fluted panel reads as a single carved surface, the kind of detail that makes a building stop people on the sidewalk. That's the exterior statement we want to bring to NYC.
